HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?


1. Product Selection
a. Select the product you want to purchase and accordingly select the size and quantity of the product
b. Add product to cart by clicking “Add to Cart”

2. Cart Review
a. Go to cart by “View Cart” to complete order and click “Continue to Pay” to complete order
Or
b. Add more products to cart by clicking “Continue shopping”

3. Billing and shipping Information
a. Fill up complete delivery address and contact details
b. Select mode of payment
c. Click “Place Order”

4 Order Confirmation
a. Complete order details – Order ID, email id, date, order amount and mode of payment

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER, IF I MISTAKENLY ORDER?


The order cancellation can be done through “My Account” section

Go to “My Account” click “My Orders”

Click on the order you want to cancel (Only possible if the order has not been shipped)

If the order has been shipped, you can request the “Returns”

THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, this is one of the rarest situations we fall in to during some exhaustive days. This may happen due to extreme weather situations / technical fault / unforeseen events. Under such situations, we inform our customers on priority basis and amend the shipping and delivery timeline accordingly. In such a situation of delay, we do update you with new delivery schedule via email / text message. Alternatively, you can also view the status by visiting your ‘My Orders’ within “My Account” on our website.

Returns & Refunds Related

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF RETURN & REFUND?


Returns of products which are not covered in warranty or are over the replacement timeline of 7 Days will not be accepted. The returns are only applicable if, the product has been tampered or broken sue to defective packaging or the product is faulty.

REFUND INITIATED, BUT NOT YET RECEIVED.


The granted refunds take upto 7 working days to reflect in your bank account. However, in any case, you do not receive the amount back in your account within the stipulated time period, please connect with us.Our team will get in touch with you.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?


Prepaid Orders : Refund to Bank Account.

The refunds are initiated through Paytm Payment Gateway for payments through Debit / Credit Card.

I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE, BUT RECEIVED SOMETHING ELSE.


In a rare situation, if wrong product has been delivered to you, we apologize for the same and the replacement will be initiated within 5 working days, after receiving products returned from your end. However, we do maintain that the product returned should be in acceptable condition.

IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?


Yes, Online Payment is 100% secure. You will be transferred to our secure server which is secured by highest level of transaction security. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Your payment information will not be detained by our website.

WHAT ARE PAYMENT MODES ACCEPTED?


Credit/ Debit Cards/ Net Banking :
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay debit cards.

Payment through wallets like- Paytm , Mobikwick etc. or e-banking is also accepted.

PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL BUT THE SAME IS NOT REFLECTING IN MY ORDER?


In this rarest or rare occasion because of some issues with the payment gateway, you may have received a debit amount message from your bank but the credit is not visible to us. This is because some payment takes 24-48 business hours to get settled completely. Please wait for sometime, your patience and support is highly appreciated

However, if you still don’t receive any update for successful payment after 24 hours, please confirm with us.

EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS, MY PAYMENT IS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHY?


Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and the password. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

NOTE: Before going for the payment transaction make sure that you have active internet and network connection to avoid such problems.
